Sponsors on the Flash Plan, Sprint Plan, Multi-Campaign Pack, or Spark Plan may not exceed 100 sessions/minute, 500 sessions/hour, 6,000 sessions/day, or 30,000 sessions/month in total visitor traffic across all campaigns and marketing pages live at the same time. Sponsors on the Icebreaker Plan or Enterprise Plan may not exceed 200 sessions/minute, 1,000 sessions/hour, 12,000 sessions/day, or 60,000 sessions/month. If a Sponsor's campaign places an unreasonable load on Feversocial's infrastructure, or disrupts normal platform operation, Feversocial reserves the right to suspend access to the campaign page.
If a Sponsor expects to exceed their plan's traffic limit, they must submit high-traffic advance notice through the live chat in the Feversocial admin dashboard at least five business days before the campaign launches, and purchase additional server capacity. Otherwise, if traffic overage causes system downtime or forces the campaign to pause, the Sponsor is solely responsible for any resulting loss. Feversocial reserves the right to retroactively bill any Sponsor who exceeds the traffic thresholds above.
Based on Google Analytics (GA4) reporting, if a Sponsor's campaign page reaches any of the traffic tiers below (measured in sessions) even once within a calendar month, Feversocial designates that month a “high-traffic month” and bills the surcharge for the highest tier reached that month.
For Sponsors on an annual plan, if 3 or more months of the plan term are designated “high-traffic months,” Feversocial will bill the full annual surcharge based on the highest traffic tier reached.

For every 100 sessions/minute, 500 sessions/hour, 6,000 sessions/day, or 30,000 sessions/month above the standard threshold, Feversocial adds a $500/month high-traffic surcharge, and so on.
There are usually two situations that can push your campaign past the traffic limit in a sudden burst:
1. Your LINE Official Account or Facebook Page has 200,000–300,000+ followers. Say 2% of your Facebook followers see your promo post, and 2% of those click straight through to the campaign page — that’s followers × 0.0004, which can already push you past 100 sessions/minute! A LINE broadcast hits even harder than a Facebook post, because LINE delivers to 100% of your friends. Say a brand has 100,000 active friends: if 30% open the app right after the push notification, and 30% of those click through to the campaign page (about a 1% overall click rate), that alone can push you past 1,000 visits/minute!
2. Running a popular voting Contest. You can estimate a Contest’s burst traffic as (number of entrants) × (average friends per entrant) × 5% (the share of friends who vote to help) — and if your Contest allows repeat daily voting, traffic climbs even higher!
If either of these applies to you, contact Feversocial support before your campaign goes live, so participants don’t run into access problems after launch!
